Mango Aachar
Ingredients
- Raw mangoes – 500g (peeled and chopped)
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Oil – 50 ml
- Vinegar – 1–2 tbsp (optional, for longer shelf life)
Recipe / How to Make
Wash and chop raw mangoes into small pieces. Mix with salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and mustard seeds. Heat oil and pour over the mango mixture. Stir well and store in a clean glass jar. Let it sit for 2–3 days to develop flavor before consuming.
