Green Chili Aachar
Ingredients
- Fresh green chilies – 250–300g
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Oil – 50 ml
- Vinegar – 1–2 tbsp (optional, for preservation)
Recipe / How to Make
Wash the green chilies and pat them dry. Make slits in each chili or leave whole. Mix with salt, turmeric powder, and mustard seeds. Heat oil and pour over the mixture. Stir well and store in a clean glass jar. Let it sit for 1–2 days before consuming to allow flavors to develop.
